Being one of the first companies in the country to adapt to travel in the new normal, we’ve hosted 5 residencies in the last 2 months, without a single case of COVID - 19 taking place.

 

We ask all residents to get tested before coming to the edition wherever necessary. Rest assured - you’re in safe hands :)

In case the airport in your home city doesn’t have a testing facility, the Team can arrange for tests at the edition before returning.

Safety 101

Curated, Invite-Only Projects with limited Creators is not just a cool idea, it’s also the need of the hour - to know the community you are travelling with.

  • Single point of entry into the project: there is always supervision of movement in & out.

  • Disinfectant mats and sprays for all luggage at Check-in.

  • Deep cleaning of rooms and high key touch-points are cleaned and disinfected between check-outs and check-ins.

  • Washing of bed linen at 60°C and press drying of sheets,  pillowcases & towels between guests. 

  • Glasses, magazines and umbrellas are removed and replaced in each room after every check-out.

All our projects have been curated keeping the safest airports in the vicinity in mind.

With the nearest doctor available on-call in case of emergencies.

Cases in the Area
The properties we work with are away from the centre of the city and have negligible covid cases in a 20km radius.

Trust Check-list

Temperature Checks

  • Each incoming resident goes through a temperature check on entry.

Safe Villas Only

  • Sanitisers are available at all common areas and workstation lounges.

  • Masks & gloves are available on request at the cafe.

  • All surfaces at the villa are disinfected at the end of each day - workstations, tables at the dining area, lounges and common areas.

Mandatory Screening and Safety Measures for Staff

  • All staff uniforms are washed and dry-pressed at the end of each day.

  • All staff members wear masks at all times and kitchen staff sport chef caps, gloves and aprons.

ATTENDING A PROJECT?

Important Questions

  1. What if someone contracts COVID at a project I am at?

    In case a resident starts to notice symptoms, the infected person will be moved to the nearest well-equipped hospital/hotel to quarantine. As a precautionary measure, the entire property will be sanitized.

  2. What if I contract COVID during the Beachhouse Project?

    If you notice symptoms, please inform the Team. You will be isolated and moved to the closest well-equipped hospital/hotel room at your expense.

  3. What are the refund rules incase I test positive 3-4 days before the project?

    We look at each refund request on a case to case basis and can work with you to move you to another edition in the future once you are well :)

  4. I stay with my family. How do I make sure I don’t infect them on return?

    A lot of us in the team stay with our families so we fully understand your concern. The best advice is to get checked while at the project before you fly home. The BHX team has contacts with local labs at each edition that come and collect a sample for you. You can also opt to get tested at the airport testing facility where available.
