The Process

Three steps. That's it.

01

Run a vibe check

Run a poll or vibe check with your community. Find out where they want to go, what they'd pay, and whether the demand is real — before you commit to anything.

02

Brainstorm the experience

We brainstorm together — built on our catalog of tried-and-tested products from 50+ countries. You pick the experience that fits your world and add your 20–30%.

03

You show up. We run everything.

You promote through your channels and show up for your group. We handle bookings, payments, visas, on-ground ops — every detail before, during, and after.

From first call to launch: 4–6 weeks.

In Their Words

From creators who've done this

Ishita Malaviya project
I got to be in the water with my community every morning — coaching, reading wave sets, having conversations that only happen when you're saltwater-soaked and sun-tired. ExCo built the whole thing around how I wanted it to feel.
Ishita Malaviya
Pro Surfer
Eshna Kutty project
Sri Lanka was the most fulfilling experience I've ever created. I didn't have to think about a single logistical detail — accommodation, schedules, transport, all handled. I just got to be present with my people.
Eshna Kutty
Wellness Coach
Supriya project
11 people in Meghalaya. Root bridges, living caves, yoga every morning. I didn't worry about a single hotel booking or transfer. I just taught and held space. That's all I wanted to do.
Supriya
Yoga Teacher
Binny Varghese project
Taking a group from the World of Coffee trade show floor to fire-roasting beans at 1,400 metres in Chiang Mai — that's something most people only read about. ExCo made it real.

FAQs

How long does it take to launch?

From first call to launch is typically 4–6 weeks. Apply at least 8–10 weeks before your preferred dates.

Do I need travel experience to host?

No. We handle all logistics and operations. You bring your expertise and your community — fitness, food, film, music, coffee, yoga, anything.

How much do hosts earn?

Depends on group size, destination, and pricing. We walk through specifics in your first call. No cap, no hidden fees, completely transparent.

What if my audience can't afford premium experiences?

Creators who do best have audiences that have paid them before — courses, workshops, events, merch. If they've never bought from you, we'll be honest about timing.

What does ExCo actually handle?

Everything that isn't you being you. Payments, booking pages, visa support, vendor coordination, pre-experience comms, rooming, flight logistics, on-ground ops, post-experience feedback.
